Hmong Voice Agent is a text-to-speech tool that converts Hmong text into audio. The service also allows users to record and manage voice recordings and scripts.

You retain ownership of the text, scripts, and audio recordings you submit. By uploading content, you grant Hmong Voice Agent a license to store and process it in order to provide the service, including improving the Hmong voice model.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. You may not attempt to disrupt or misuse the service in any way.
5. Generated Audio
Audio generated by Hmong Voice Agent may be used for personal, educational, and community purposes. You are responsible for how you use generated audio, including complying with applicable laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated audio will be accurate or error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hmong Voice Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
